This Yin yoga deck of cards is for yoga teachers and practitioners alike. The aim is to lift this wonderful practice from a ‘feeling the poses and functionally moving the body’ point of view into the light of understanding. It is a comprehensive collection of more than sixty Yin yoga poses and it includes a jam-packed and thorough guidebook explaining what Yin yoga is, the purpose of the practice, and how to sequence and plan intelligent classes that serve each individual student in the best way possible.

It will aid the practitioner with insights and understanding of poses and the physical purpose of each pose. It will guide them to evolve their home practice as well as studio practice by receiving a greater understanding of the practice as a whole.

Additionally, for teachers, it acts as an inspiring, insightful, and educational toolbox for when planning and creating classes, workshops, and one-on-one sessions. Intelligent sequencing is an art, and it is wonderful to learn it.
