Gua Sha

A beautiful tool to aid our meridian as well as lymphatic system.

When using a Gua Sha in the correct way we can release stagnated areas in our fascia, stimulate acupressure-trigger points and open flow in the lymphatic and glymphatic systems to cleanse and clear toxins in the body.

We can release headaches, sore muscle tissue, aid the release of inflammation and stagnated tissues to release pain and discomfort. It can also be used as a maintenance tool, so we don’t end up stagnated and toxic in the first place. It is brilliant to use for meridian channels as well as the lymphatic system.

My Gua Sha is made out of Obsidian stone (also called lava glass) that is considered a powerful healing stone for body, mind and spirit. A protective stone that helps us shield from negative energy and aids us in releasing negative emotions and attachments. Protection. Grounding. A positive outlook.
